Army of the Damned fixes

Quick changelog:
  • fixed tons of typos
  • "Rineta Smitt" has been fixed to "Rinelda"
  • "The Thing" is "The Monster"
  • "Experiment Ones" is "Schmelzmen"
  • added numbers to each page (finally figured out how to do it!)
  • added the Message Bottle wondrous item in Appendix A
